The lady that checked me was very nice and quickly switched to speaking English when she realized that I spoke very little Spanish. The staff was extreme accommodating and was definitely there to make sure you had an excellent visit. It was amazing, very relaxing atmosphere and wasn't busy when I visited in the morning. I'm so glad I decided to give this lounge a try. I almost didn't visit this lounge because of the bad review.
